Setups:
Transparent (TP): This module is the best high-speed inspection tool which is especially designed for system integrators to perform transparent material and interface inspection (surface and internal structure) that are not visible using traditional AOI systems.

Micro Structure (MS): This module is a confocal-based, 3D morphology inspection module especially designed for system integrators and can precisely measure the dimensions of bottom structures that are not visible using traditional AOI systems.
